Unlike companies who pay lip service to the idea or do just enough to say within the law, we have always been responsible about your data. We collect as little of it as possible. We’ve never been involved with third party marketeers and we’ve never sold or given away data to anyone.
NO ANALYTICS, NO TRACKING!
We don’t use google analytics. We don’t put trackers in our marketing emails. We use non-tracking share buttons. We believe you should be able to visit any site, including ours, and browse in privacy.
We believe you prefer us to have only the information needed to process your order. So the only information we retain is that which is shown on your products order form, i.e. name, address, email, phone number. And we make strenuous efforts to stop your activities on our site being subject to third party tracking.
We will never disclose your personal information to any third party. We have never in 11 years, passed on a single customer detail to a third party. And we never will share any detail about you with anyone else – ever!
The financial information (card details) you provide for your transaction are processed by by either SagePay or PayPal, our secure, online payment processors and is never seen by us. If you provide us with card details over the phone, they are cross-shredded immediately after the payment process. We never store or in any way keep access to such information.
SHARE BUTTONS WITH PRIVACY!
Most share buttons collect a host of information about you through third-party scripts and tracking beacons, much of which is then sold on even when you don’t click a share button! We use the Shariff Wrapper share buttons plugin to maintain our visitors privacy.
Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.
Any health issues you discuss us with us are always entirely confidential and go no further than the advisor you speak to. This confidentiality applies to both phone and email conversations.
Any notes we might make during a phone conversation are cross shredded immediately after use.
If you would like to feel extra assured of confidentiality by email, just request from us a dedicated email address so you can be sure your messages are seen only by the person you correspond with. Those emails will then be securely deleted when the correspondence has finished.)
We don’t bombard you with marketing messages. Averagely, we send out around four marketing emails per year. If you subscribed to these, you can still unsubscribe at any time.
