FREE DELIVERY WHEREVER POSSIBLE
It is a point of pride with us to charge as little as possible for shipping and we will continue this for as long as we possibly can. Many of our products are delivered free.
Where we do have to charge postage, we SUBSIDISE costs – you will never pay more than 50% of standard airmail costs, even if we have to use a premium delivery service.
We aim to desptach your parcel on the same or next working day as your order. To date, 97% of our despatches have met that target.
We use Royal Mail for almost all our deliveries.
UK orders are sent First Class post. These generally arrive on the first or second business day after sending.
Non-UK orders are normally sent by standard Airmail. These usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Royal Mail estimates 3-5 business days for delivery to mainland Europe and 5-7 days to the rest of the world. We know however, that it can take sometimes take a little longer, particularly around holiday times or if you are in a more remote location.
ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
We work hard at maintaining adequate stock levels of all our products and are rarely out of any product for more than two days. If we don’t have your item/s in stock, we will always email you to let you know together with an estimate of when we expect to be able to send you the item/s. You will, of course, have the option to cancel the item for a part refund or your entire order for a full refund.
We want to keep our lovely customers happy. So if you have a problem, please let us know so we can speedily sort it out for you.
We are not responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order. If you make a mistake when ordering, please get in touch with us immediately and give us the correct address. You can reply to your confirmation email, use the online contact form or call us.
If any goods are delivered damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please let us know as soon as you can. Please keep all damaged packaging and email us photos of the damaged or incomplete parcel. You can reply to your order confirmation email or find us via our Contact page.
Please note we can only accept returns if the product’s packaging is still perfectly intact and the item has not been used.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please note it may not always be possible to cancel your order. We have customers from all over the world so your time of day may be significantly different to ours in the UK. We will make every effort to accommodate you but please be aware that our despatch time can be as short as one hour after ordering.
We never disclose your personal information to a third party. We use non-tracking share buttons. We don’t use google analytics. We don’t put trackers in our emails.
Any sensitive data relating to you (payment information, etc) is handled by SagePay, our secure, online payment processor. We never, in any way, store such information. Any other information you supply us with, (for example, if we take notes over the telephone), is cross-shredded immediately afterwards.
Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.
Up to 6 times a year we email you to inform you of offers or developments in our product range or on the website. If you did agree to receive these, you can still unsubscribe any time you like – either by letting us know or by using the unsubscribe link in the next email you receive.
