Peppermint:  Considered to be one of the more indispensable essential oils, its benefits are varied and extensive. Peppermint can be used to counteract mental fatigue, sluggishness, lethargy and apathy. It awakens, stimulates and intensifies in conditions of lethargy and indecision, aiding regeneration, refreshment, concentration and vitality.
