MAGNESSAGE TREATMENTS FOR MENSTRUAL PAIN, BOWEL PROBLEMS, IBS, COLITIS, CONSTIPATION
Magnessage can help relieve pre-menstrual tension and pain. It can also be useful for bowel problems and for improving circulation.
Ideally, start your programme of drinking at least 4 glasses of pure water daily 2 days before beginning to use the Magnessage. During treatments, continue to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day to help the body expel the toxins that are released from the
cells as a result of the magnetic therapy.
For menstrual pain, using the Fast setting, gently move the Magnessage around the abdomen, focussing on the womb area (lower abdomen).
For bowel problems, using the Fast setting, gently move the Magnessage around the area of the intestines (whole abdomen).
It is best to move the Magnessage in the direction of bowel movement i.e. starting at your lower right abdomen, moving up and across below the belly button and down the left side of the abdomen in a clockwise movement.
DURATION AND FREQUENCY
Continue for 5 minutes and repeat 2-3 times daily until relief is obtained. Thereafter, the Magnessage can be used to prevent menstrual and bowel problems.
