TREATING FATIGUE AND SLEEP PROBLEMS WITH THE MAGNESSAGE

The Magnessage can help relieve fatigue and increase vitality.  It can also improve sleep quality.

WATER
Ideally, start your programme of drinking at least 4 glasses of pure water daily 2 days before beginning to use the Magnessage.
During treatments, continue to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day to help the body expel the toxins that are released from the cells as a result of the magnetic therapy.

METHOD
Using the Slow setting, gently move the Magnessage over the back of the neck and the soles of the feet. This induces relaxation and increases vitality.

DURATION AND FREQUENCY
Continue this for 5 minutes and repeat 2-3 times daily until relief is obtained. Thereafter, the Magnessage can be used as necessary to promote vitality and good sleep.

In the case of acute insomnia or chronic fatigue use the Magnessage on the SLOW setting for 3 to 5 minutes before going to bed. Simply relax, close your eyes and pass the Magnessage around the front of your head in gentle sweeping strokes about 3 inches from your head.
