InnerTalk Scientific Trials

Improved Self-Esteem
In a double-blind study conducted at Utah State Prison, an InnerTalk recording was found to increase self-esteem and decrease social alienation in inmates.
RESULTS: The Utah State Prison now uses InnerTalk as a regular part of their rehabilitative procedure.

Reduced Need for Anaesthetics
In an historical study conducted by Dr. Robert Youngblood and his surgical team, 720 surgery patients were evaluated for stress levels. Half of these patients listened to an InnerTalk stress reduction subliminal recording for 3 hours before, during and after surgery.
RESULTS: The group using the InnerTalk required 32% less anaesthetics by volume than the group who did not use the recording.

Significantly Reduce Stress
In a double-blind study to evaluate InnerTalk’s effectiveness in stress management and relaxation, 60 Weber State University students were tested.
RESULTS: Researchers reported a dramatic difference in psychological test scores. The group who used the InnerTalk had a much higher capacity to manage stressful stimuli.

Promote Dramatic Weight Loss
In Munich, Germany, university professor Rainer Pelka conducted a weight loss study using an InnerTalk recording with 34 overweight women who had been unsuccessful with diets and exercise programmes.
RESULTS: In 60 days, the women averaged a weight loss of 13 pounds, with the highest loss at 49 pounds. No other diet or exercise regimen was involved.

Reduced Exam Anxiety
Researchers at Stanford and Santa Clara Universities compared the effectiveness of aerobic exercise and relaxation training on coping with test-taking anxiety. The InnerTalk recording, Excel in Exams, was used in the relaxation training.
RESULTS: While both aerobic activity and/or relaxation training have psychological benefits in the reduction of test-taking anxiety, the InnerTalk recording was shown to be even more effective in reducing activity.

Depression Relief
In a double-blind study, medical researcher James Reid tested the effectiveness of an InnerTalk recording with clinical depressives for 60 days.
RESULTS: All patients who used the programme for 17 hours or more demonstrated dramatic improvements as validated on the Beck Depression Scale.

Improved Behaviour of ADHD Children
A double-blind research study at the University of Phoenix tested the effectiveness of an InnerTalk subliminal designed to reduce ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactive disorder) behaviours. Twenty-seven ADHD children between the ages of 6 and 16 participated for 30 days.
RESULTS: While subjects in the control group who listened to the placebo message showed a slight reduction in ADHD symptoms, subjects in the experimental group showed a significant reduction in their ADHD behaviours.
