HOW IT WORKS

We'll send you an email containing your download url.

You will probably find it easiest to download to your computer. You can then freely move the mp3 or mp4 to your preferred devices.

Your download will be in .zip format.  Most computers come with an app to automatically unzip the files. If your computer does not have this, there are a number of free utilities on the Internet. We recommend 7-Zip, an open source and free programme  https://7-zip.org/   Once you've installed 7-Zip, you'll be able to right mouse click on any zipped file to extract its contents.

Please bear in mind:

It will take up to 24 business hours from the time of your purchase to the time you receive your email with the links. At weekends and on public holidays you'll have your links on the first working day after the holiday.

It's easiest to download your order to your computer and then move the files to your preferred devices.
